Daily J take it back in time with the release of a moody video pairing for their latest single, ‘Sunshine Hides’, directed by Cam Neate.
The inaugural guitar strum sets off an introduction to the band looking longingly out of car windows. In low-light and donned in 70s attire, we feel a sense of nostalgia that sets the tone. Attention is drawn in red to a lone telephone kicking off the narrative of a party search through neon lights (as the lyrics effortlessly play into).
As the drive leads them to vivid and flashing house party scene, love interests are showcased in model fashion. Slightly out of place, yet present and ready, the visuals play out until the boys give in to the groove; instigated by one of the ladies’ seemingly sorcerous scarves.
