Genesis was becoming the most innovative and customer-centric power company in New Zealand, but their business customers weren’t seeing that. With cheaper prices luring customers in other directions, the job was to show where the real value lay.
Working with Genesis and their agency, we brought to life a series of digital campaigns that showcased the innovation delivering on the new customer-centric platform; creating value for customers over and above their electricity supply.
We have filmed with businesses across the farming, agriculture, automotive, tourism, and hospitality sectors sharing stories of power usage, sustainability, and success.
Perception of Genesis has shifted significantly from slightly old fashioned to future-focused, and customer numbers have begun to stabilise for the first time in years.
