When Aila Morgan-Guthrie was diagnosed at a young age with a rare condition, she found healing, and herself, amongst the flowers on her family farm.
What began as mindful rehabilitation soon became a love for growing wildflowers - Hands In The Dirt was born.
This short film captures the beauty of her work and the positive effects of slowing down enough to find calm in nature.
